Lunes started a few years ago when a fairly drunken man gatecrashed a jam session being held by a group of old friends in an Edinburgh practice shack. No-one seemed to be using the microphone, so he grabbed hold of it and started to belch his way through a couple of numbers...He must've managed to keep at least a couple of notes in key because they gave him the gig...

After a bit of a re-shuffle the band were reduced to four souls with Brendan McGinlay on drums, Andy Loy on Bass Guitar, Willie Walker on Lead Guitar, and the aforementioned drunken belcher, Bryan 'Hart on Vocals and now masquerading as a Rythym Guitarist.

Willie Walker left the band to go on tour with the Nolans, eventually resurfacing with our good friends Delta Mainline. His replacement - Keith Johnston - arrived soon after to re-establish the four man line up, and locked into the music so seemlessly that after only 1 practice he played his first gig with the band - Nuff said!
